- Natural person, dues-paying members of the Polish American Congress, Michigan Division, who qualify for membership by the association’s constitution and bylaws as of February 3, 1976, and who live in the State of Michigan;
- Members of the St. Andrew Parish Community Credit Union as of June 30, 1983, the effective date of its merger with the Polish American Congress of Michigan Federal Credit Union;
- Members of the Polish Scouting Organization, located in Sterling Heights, Michigan, who qualify for membership by the association’s constitution and bylaws as of February 24, 1993;
- Members of the Foundation and Center of the 2nd Polish Corps at Orchard Lake Schools, in Orchard Lake, Michigan, who qualify for membership by the organization’s constitution and bylaws as of April 2, 1993;
- Members of the American Polish Cultural Center in Troy, Michigan, who qualify for membership by the organization’s constitution and bylaws as of April 2, 1993;
- Members of the American Polish Engineering Association in Madison Heights, Michigan, who qualify for membership by the association’s constitution and bylaws as of May 26, 1993;
- Members of the Pope John Paul II Society, P.R.C.U.A. No. 1593, in Warren, Michigan, who qualify for membership by the association’s constitution and bylaws as of May 12, 1994;
- Members of record of the St. Ladislaus Credit Union as of the effective date of merger; registered members and employees of St. Ladislaus Parish, St. Florian Parish, and Our Lady Queen of Apostles Parish in Hamtramck, Michigan; employees of the City of Hamtramck who work in Hamtramck, Michigan; employees of Hamtramck Public Schools who work in Hamtramck, Michigan; employees of All Star Amusement who work in Detroit, Michigan.

- Members of the National Polish-American Sports Hall of Fame in Troy, MI, who qualify for membership by its charter and bylaws in effect on June 14, 1973.
- Members of Polish Century Club of Detroit, Inc. in Troy, MI, who qualify for membership by its charter and bylaws in effect on February 18, 1917.
- Members of The Polish Mission.
