It's Time To Enjoy Our All New Online Banking!

Please read these instructions thoroughly

We have improved our online banking system and we hope you will truly enjoy the new features.

You will need to follow the instructions below carefully to log in for the first time. 

We're also excited for our new mobile app to debut. Watch for that to arrive early this month.

We understand the changes may be a little frustrating at first. We apologize in advance but know the new features will ultimately improve the financial well-being of our valuable members.

 

How to Register for Our New Online Banking System

Please follow these instructions and you'll be on your way to enjoying your personal branch online.

Please Note: All members must re-register as first-time users.

1. Go to our home page at mypafcu.com

2. Click the red Online Banking Login button found in the upper right corner of our home page.

3. Click on the red "First Time User?"

4. Enter your Member Number in the Account Field. (Enter only the numbers before the dash. Do not include the dash and last number.)

5. Enter your Social Security Number.

6. You will receive a "Thanks! Let's set up your online access" message. Tell the system to send a verification code via email or text.

7. Enter the One-Time Verification Code.

8. Create a new password. You may use any word you prefer, just not your personal name.

9. Now the system will ask you three unique questions to help provide more security to your account.

10. Once those are complete, accept the Terms & Conditions.

11. Finally, create a new Username. Be sure to follow the username rules.*

You should be all set!

*Return to the initial login screen if you see a spinning icon after entering your Username. The system will recognize you, and you will be ready to log in to home banking. Our provider is working to correct this issue.

Our New Mobile App for Has Arrived!

Our new mobile app for Apple and Google is here! Download it today and begin enjoying the ultra-convenience of a PAFCU branch in your phone!

Remember all online banking users will need to re-register as a first-time user. Once you set up your credentials through our home banking page, you will use those same credentials for your mobile app login.

Members will need to delete our current mobile app before uploading the new app.

Speaking of the new version, not only is it much more user friendly, it will eventually include remote deposit capture (RDC). RDC means you will be able to take a picture of a check and have it deposited into your PAFCU account almost immediately!

Here's how to download the mobile app through the Apple Store.

1. Click on the Apple Store icon. (If you're reading this on your phone, you may click here.)

2. Type in Polish American Federal CU

3. Click the "Get" button and then "Install"

4. Sign in with your Apple ID.

5. You will receive a "Done" note.

6. Press the "Open" button and you will be taken to our new mobile app!

Google Android Download Instructions

If you have our previous mobile app, please delete it to avoid any confusion.

Members must use their login credentials from the new online banking system.

Here's how to download the mobile app through the Google Play Store.

You can either follow the directions below or click here if you're on your phone or desktop.

1.  Click on the Google's Play Store icon on your phone screen

2.  Type in "Polish-American Federal CU"

3.  Click the "Get" button and then "Install"

4.  You'll receive a "Done" note

5.  Press the "Open" button and you will be taken to our new app
